I going to add the OME 2.5 lift to my FJ80 and I was wondering what the best size tire would be I have hear conflicting stories between 33 and 35s so I figured I would come on here and ask.

If cost is a factor, note that you can put 285's on for under $1000, but it's near impossible to find 315's under 1K, and if you think about 37's down the road, figure $1500 plus.
4wheelparts has steel wheels 6-5.5 with a 16.5 diameter in the correct offset and width. 80 bucks a piece
Trail worthy fab can send military surplus 37" M/T to you for $150 a piece.

Just know that when I talked to Slee, he said that 37's just plain don't fit in an 80 wheel well. According to Christo, if you want to fit them, you have to do some trimming. Thanks for that info!
I'd like to see how much trimming as people have stuffed 35's with no lift on their rigs. I have a set of interco 35's going on soon but I'm always looking ahead.
When I first had my 35's put on, it looked like it was going to rub because I don't have a lift, but I haven't had a single issue with them on stock wheels and stock height. If 37's don't fit without trimming, and 35's fit without a lift... I bet 345/75/16's are the perfect size for the OME 2.5" lift, but I don't know.
