Can i convert 9" Hellas to HID? (1 Viewer)

I have a set of 9" Hellas that came with mu bumper I have not wired them up yet but i will soon. They use a standard H1 bulb. I was thinking about dropping in a HID kit just for fun. I know it is generally a bad idea to convert regular bulb lights to HID. I know the cut off is wrong and all of that. But these would only be for off road use so i would not worry about blinding people or light cut off. Would i be good as a off road light to have that much light output?

There is no issue with cut off in the conversion into off road lights.. I converted my IPF's with a kit from AU.. purchased off EBAY AU. It was a 55w with slim line internal ballast...took about ten minutes per light and they are really impressive and throw a long beam.. In the last picture you notice a fence at the end of the street.. That fence is on the other side of a 4 lane road and its lit up pretty bright
