6 battery ground cables. 1/0 cable, soldered lugs, heat shrink, 1/2" split loom, taped. Dual batteries. Long cable connects NEG posts, 2 bat to frame, 2 bat to body, one main bat to block

I am a HUGE fan of adding grounds to any vehicle. There will be a frame to body strap at the fire wall, Bat NEG to fuel pump with jumper to frame at rear axle, Bat NEG to inside dash area. All lighting and other accessories will also have a direct Bat NEG wire

:) Very good

You have the perfect bolt hole to put a nice dust shield over that pump!

These are rubber flaps that hang from inner fender to the frame. Toyota wants $175.00 for 4 pieces, two sets. $15 piece of 1/8" neoprene and a little time with an exacto knife

Stan, I have these at the die cutter right now. They are still available from Toyota, but hoping to get them out to people for 1/2 the price. I see many hand cut variation out there for 40-90$ and are basic/economy neoprene.

Cool Jason, a couple guys on my Facebook page were asking about them. I will send them your way.

Thanks Stan,

I should know a price in a week or so. The die cutter tooling company is down for maintenance until next week. Waiting on the die and per piece/set costs now.

Did you use OEM clips or an aftermarket?

Jason

I've not found any small aftermarket (Dorman) that will work, tried one. Gonna get some OEM

Often overlooked in the scope of a build are all the little custom brackets. Shown are trans cooler line Stand offs, trans dip stick mount, radiator hose stand off, fuse block mount, relay/ fuse block mount. All are fabbed, installed, modified if needed, removed, cleaned up, painted and re installed. Time consuming.

Great work as always.

I tried to buy some of the trim buttons today and they are NLA. SO, my local parts guy hooked me up with his trim fastener supplier. I will pull a few off Poppy tomorrow and see it I can match one up. They are much cheaper and will be included in kits.

Did you source regular neoprene or a EPDM material? They will cost a little more but I'm looking to make them from EPDM 70-O/C & UV resistant neoprene.

I'll be in touch on these.

I've got 3 sets heading my way from @beno
