A few more pictures of paint. Got the gas tank covered in black bedliner. Also tore into the seats. What I thought was OEM vinyl was actually the 2nd covering of the seats. The first patch was brown for some reason. Getting the frames blasted and powder coated. Going with SOR foam and Cruiser Corps seat covers. Also putting in seat heaters.

Drew-
I'm getting it done at Conjea Auto Body in Lakewood, CO. So far I'm very pleased with the work Roman has done. I thought the run was sooner, seeing as it's in September I will be there! (fingers crossed)

Looks awesome, I can't believe I tossed my OEM seats in the trash 12 years ago. I want them back. All I can say is seat heaters in the 40 are about as good as it gets here in Colorado. Warm days, cool nights, topless with heated seats... perfection.

Wow I lost track of this thread a while back just caught back up amazing job! Subscribing!

Thanks I actually did about 15 more hours of assembly after I took that picture. I'm thinking I should be able to start it this weekend if it all goes well.

She lives!! Who can tell me what this Squeal is and how I can fix it?

@akingf5371, I just read your 3 year adventure, I am in awe... amazing job...and kudos to you for doing your own welding.. I loved watching the progressing of welding.. frankly I'm shocked at how you guys can get a vehicle, and spend years, getting it to where you want it. Some day I hope to have the patience, time, space and money to tackle a project as extensive... great job and enjoy

Thanks awynne! I started put knowing very little and learned something every time I started working on it. Lots of here and the local cruiser club rising sun.

Update, Squeal is gone!
