Wanted 1F Generator Bracket needed - WTB or Trade (1 Viewer)

Good day,

I've finally found a correct generator for the '62 FST, but only have an alternator specific bracket for the block mounting point. Anyone out there have a generator bracket taking up too much space in the garage? I'm happy to part with the alternator bracket if there is a need.

Jason, would it be a piece of flat bar in a "U" shape? I found 1 on the shelf I think it's off a 63.

that would correct for the bottom bracket. if the top is needed, it's just flat slotted bar stock

Paul - Yes sir, it sure is. Should be roughly 6 7/8" end-to-end (guestimating based on the mounting configuration Ige shows above, and the spacing of the generator ears). Any chance it wants to come live in Idaho? We have good beer...

Ige - Thanks for the pics; it was actually another pic of Annie's generator that got me on the right track here. Your documentation on her has been helpful and fun!
