Looks good. I'd make offer contingent on inspection (drive train, rust, body or frame work and accidents).

a little high for my neck of the woods. I got my 2000 LX for 8400 CAD and had similar mileage. It had the usual cracked exhaust manifold but you get that with virtually all of them.
Shortly before that, I had passed on a 2000 LC which I could have had for 6800 CAD. Again, similar mileage but not clean.

How hard do you think it would be to remove the bronze/goldish color of trim on the sides of the truck?

Incase you havent notice: Picture 4 - passenger side fog light seems to be broken. Pic 6 and 7 shows the middle console is broken (the part between driver and passenger seat). Have you look and test drive the car? Not sure if you are near the vehicle.
