Camelback antidote bladder reviews (1 Viewer)

need a new bladder and the all the reviews for the new version (all though several years old) say it has problems.

I couldn't find any new reviews of it saying it's fixed.

Anyone have recent experience with it?

What problems? If and when I use mine (which has been Rare unless it's too hot for 1 water bottle) I have never had any problems with any camelback bladder I've ever owned including the antidote version.

I'm curious what the issues were as well. Never had any problems with mine.

The connection from the hose to bladder can leak.

I have used mine on over 300 miles of backpacking. No issues.

My experience has been that if it is leaking at that connection, it is because the barbs have stretched it out so much it cannot make a good seal anymore. Solution has always been to cut about an inch off the bottom and reattach. There is plenty of length there.
