Multiple usernames (1 Viewer)

I wasn't sure where to post this. Hopefully I can get an answer here. My daughter recently created her own account here. Soon after she got the following error. It makes perfect sense in hindsight, since she was using my computer. Is there a way to reactivate her account, or is it just not going to be possible while she lives in my house?

@ccasteel - nevermind, already lifted the dupe username block on @RoseyC123

The trigger is in place for spammers...and it catches a lot of them (mostly automatically too)
