Must be one of the best detailed models I have. There are some for sale on BidorBuy.co.za here in S.A.
It was also quite cheap. I paid R350. That must be about $35 U.S.D. There is a guy Hienz from ''G.T collector'' on that site. He imports models for me, he is reliable sure he would not mind exporting to you.

Hi Grant,
You have a nice collection! Do you know if there are any FJ45 LPB die cast models available anywhere? I know there was a company in France that had started to do them but never went into production for some reason. I never found out why they wouldn't produce them.

Hi I have honestly never seen a 45 die cast before. If there was a chance of getting one I would think it would come from Hi-Story.
The 80 ser and 70ser double cab are Hi-Story and hand made. (not die cast)

there are a few 45 toys. you will be able to see them soon in the land cruiser heritage museum 
just quicky paint jobs that i've done to a couple and the closest i can find to match annie. i have an 80 model that will someday be rattlecanned to match fat bastard

My collection as it stands so far.
i guess i should include some pics of my toys while i've got them. i'm no where near treeroot/hoarder status, but i've got a good collection. time to thin the herd tho.

Been working on my Axial for a while trying to get the best flex with 2.2 it's now perfect. Just needs a Land Cruiser body.
