New Rain Gutters?
I'm preparing, mentally at least, to repaint my HJ60. Overall, it's pretty good. But my rain gutter is a little crunchy on the front left hand side. What do people do about this? Can you cut parts on and weld on new-fabbed ones?

then the welds are going to rust from the inside out. If you weld you need to get inside to to paint over the bare metal.
Cut out the damage and do the epoxy glue repair. Then you don't have the welds that will rust again in short order. __________________ -84 BJ60, Finally on the FN road! -91 FJ80, wife's ride Iron Butt award winner of the Cruise Moab 08 ! |
