Which is least expensive?

Howdy,

I have at least few quarter-sized holes in rockers and rear quarters on both sides. I discovered them when fiddling with rust bubbles. I'd show pics, but I did the world's worst job of (temporarily) Bondo'ing them.

Given that I don't have the tech skills to fix them myself, which would be cheaper, paying a welder to patch a bunch of holes, some of which are on seams or buying rockers and rear quarters and having them welded in. My goal is preservation, not restoration.

Thanks

I'd take it to a welder and ask. They'd have a much better idea of how much work it would be to patch the holes versus welding on a new skin.

Or you could post pics of your really ugly bondo.

Dan

I'd rather show a pic of my really ugly a$$.

Seriously though, folks, I just wondered if anybody had priced out something similar.
