My experience is yes.

Just make sure when your painting that you put up a sign that your painting if it's cool outside,a sudden blast of cool air will make the paint run too. Ask me how I know.

Too much air pressure/water will cause drips/runs also.....when i do get them i stop it with a piece of masking tape......just a quick touch..saves from doing a much bigger section over again.
