That's custom over-roll!

I taped it off but I think the tape got loose when I wet-sanded. Trying to figger out how to get the paint off the powder coating but I'll prolly end up spraying it with black rustoleum.

You have to be unbelieveably patient and careful, or it will run on you in a heartbeat!

It was the tape that got wet and lifted up a bit. It was too late by the time I noticed so I kept going. Gonna do rustoleum satin black over the bumpers and also the underside just for fun.

Picking up gray painted OEM steel wheels with hubcaps for both the 40 and the trailer.

Looks very nice indeed!

I've found that when I use rollers, they work great the next day if I place them in a MT Pringles can....and then in the fridge!

You'd be amazed how well they hold up.....for weeks even!

Powder coating? Hah, that's a good one.
You are looking at black rustoleum already...fixable in seconds.

tap tap tap...

Those wheels looked beautiful and can only imagine, due to lack of pics, that they will look sweet on The Great Pumpkin.

FInal pics....or are they

FInally got 10 minutes to snap some pics with the new wheels. Dumped the ghetto 60 wheels and got some 40 rims and some caps.

also painted the valve cover and the dipstick.

I'll take a few more pics once the doors are painted and the M101 has new tires and a spring over. should be a few months

Also had a new clutch installed and worked out the electrical bugs. Shampooed the upholstery and got a fld down rear seat that I haven't bolted in yet.

Damn, you did a good job on that. What's the rear bench seat out of?

Bench seat is a JC Whitey Jeep seat. cost $100. actually really nice

Going to use the urinal in about 2 minutes. Greatest feature of the house by far!

That looks friggin fantastic and I really like the easy fix low $ aspect of the approach! The whole set up on that rig is perfect IMO. What tire and lift size is that?

they are 33" mudders with a 2" lift. Scratched up the hinges putting the tube doors on this weekend and had the scrapes fixed in about 5 minutes. really is an easy and cheap way to go.

I taped off the emblems on the back but they are metal. I would have removed them but the nuts were rusted and didn't want to deal with possibly breaking them. I bought a new valve cover sticker from SOR for $3. That was the only sticker I had to work around. People bad mouth SOR for their prices but they really do have every single little thing you need all in one place.
