Gator Guard, SEM Pro-Tex, 3m, or Rhino?
After spending almost an hour searching through old posts regarding aluminum bodies and roll-on / spray-in bed liners, I still feel like I could use some recommendations.
I have a new Aqualu tub for my '78 FJ, and I'd like to line the undercarriage and the interior. Many of the posts I just read were from people who had recently lined their tubs but weren't sure of how the liner would hold up. I don't have a sprayer ... but I could probably find someone who does. Is there a good DIY roll-on? I realize this question gets asked a lot. I appreciate your patience. __________________ 1978 FJ40 1979 FJ40 (sold) 2004 Tacoma Double-Cab |

Roll on
I did the Roll on Bed liner 5 years ago on the underside of my AL tub. I do not remember the brand but it has held up well.

Do you remember where you bought the roll-on bedliner?
Thanks. __________________ 1978 FJ40 1979 FJ40 (sold) 2004 Tacoma Double-Cab |

Caddisfly~
Try Ditchek.com...they have quite a few different options to choose from. Here is also the link to their online store: http://yhst-13811118617756.stores.yahoo.net/ I just purchased the U-pol Raptor spray-in kit (came with a Shutz gun) for around $120 at a local paint and body supply shop. Hope this helps. Strength and Honor ~ Todd |
