Kind of short notice but anyone want to go to Ludlow next weekend,we r gonna meet on I-70 rest stop,first one in west virginia at 7am saturday Oct 10th.......We got about 6 trucks so far and we are gonna meet up with guys from down Ohio....lots of minitrucks,samis,jeeps,etc......free camping saturday night into sunday then maybe another ride on sunday........

So we go to Ludlow and our group starts up spider gears(heavily rutted 45 degree half mile switchbacked hillclimb from hell) a few of us are slow to get in the trucks and then some other group jumps in between us. afew trucks go up then this guy comes at it.....too drunk for a bar stool let alone a 72 cj5...well he goes up about 40 feet gets twisted sideways then rolls back down....2-3 full rolls...he got tossed out of the truck with no shoes and a half gallon of Seagrams still in his hand.....the Jeep is totaled the cowl colappsed onto the front floor and theroll bar punched thru the tub and was useless....we all banged it back together to get it off the trail....and the owner passed out,prob wont even remember this...dont drink and drive this guy(shown in the last pic leanin on the truck) had an angel

That guy looks shockingly like the guy that I bought my FJ40 from in Georgia... Ol' Willie... he had similar habits, but lucky for me never rolled the '40. I never once saw him without a drink in-hand for the three days that I was stuck in that hell hole (long story)... though IIRC he did leave it outside on the hood when we had to go into the Sheriff's office for the title at one point.
