Local Source for Accessories

Howdy folks,

Anyone know of a local (Pittsburgh) store that deals in aftermarket parts for Land Cruisers?

I bashed in my front bumper pretty good on my '97 and was looking to replace it. Maybe an ARB, maybe something cheaper.

I think I am close to having to let the truck go so I don't plan on spending a lot.

Take a peek on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market -- it's not as cool as an ARB, but a good used factory one is probably cheaper if you're about to sell your truck.

Do you have any local stores for after market parts?

Shipping a bumper costs ~$150 which makes it hard to order from Slee, IPOR, etc.

Paying a little more locally might make sense if I can save the shipping.

I have had my Landcruiser since 1991 and there is no one around this area that stocks after market parts. Your best bet is to save you money up and purchace parts online. O r if you know someone with fab skills maybe they can make you some of the stuff.

Or if you're just going OEM to save $ to sell it: call around to the junkyards... that'll be your cheapest option by far.

If you're really looking to save money, be sure to put some work into calling around... prices can and will vary wildly.
