need help translating from German to english (boat V.I.N. -manufacturer) ??

HI! guys! i have a inflatable boat .that i need some parts for and i can't find any info .i was wondering if anybody could translate the info for me . so i can try to find out if there is anybody in germany still making these boats or similiar ones .
i need to replace the air valves in the tubes . if i can't find parts then i will have to get these old ones cut out and different ones put in . alot easier to just replace the inner guts.
