2006 Chevy Avalanche Interior Bezels and Sill Plates

Has anyone taken out the stereo bezel and/or door sill plates in a Chevy Avalanche or equivilant? I know it is probably the same dash in the burb, silvarado, tahoe, yukan, etc. so any experience with GM truck trim may be helpful. The Avalanche forum is really rough around the edges compared to mud.

I need to remove the door sills on the right and the stereo bezel to install the wire for a backup system for my boss.

Nevermind. It all just pops right out with clips. Now I just have to find a clean way to get to the bed.
