disney bound stilly boy from t town

hello gcc forum, this is a great new setup we have here, if i don't say. I just got the news on the disney event and i must admit i am quite excited. I have been building my cruiser for over a year now and although it is driven frequently on the roads in stillwater where i now live, it is by no means trail ready. i hope to have it in descent condition in time for this october event and would like to join you all. I was wondering what all i need to do to get involved. I am originally from tulsa and have been involved with four wheeling the area but, not necessarily through the cruiser community. I have wheeled the dam before and i am anxious to get my cruiser out there and meeting the crew. Please keep me posted and let me know what i need to do to get involved, until then, its back to work so that i may finish this beast in time. THANKS ! ! !

Bought a motor from a fella go'n to school there at OSU but was originally from Sand Springs....had a rusted out '75 in the garage he was work'n on. One in the same????

thanks, i will definitely check out the site. i have only managed to find 4 other cruisers in stilly and mine gets driven more than any so far. Most os them sit an rust....too bad. i made offers on all of them but no one will sell them or fix them, what a shame. Seats are being replaced this week, so i am slowly getting the green machine ready for the dam outing. It looks like i will be able to have it ready. When and where would i attend the closest meeting after august 20th or so. I am working out of state here in austin, tx and i will return soon.

Aug 20 will be in Tulsa, then Sept 17 will be in OKC

October will be a club picnic/family fun/wheel'n (fun-run to hardcore) at Disney, OK. The dates are not set yet but will either be the 15 & 16 or the 22 & 23. You'll will definantly want to be there for that. I think we're raffling off another Ramsey winch!!!

We will be leaving OKC Saturday morning about 6-7am to head up to Disney. Come and caravan with us. Of course you'll have to get up REALLY early to drive with us...
