Dishonesty in our midst

Guys,

I spoke with a gentleman today who was scammed by a Landcruiser guy and wanted to bring it to everyones attention.

Brian, owned an FJ45 (I believe) that he sold to a guy called Thomas in MWC. Apparently, on his word and a handshake, Thomas paid Brian $250 down, and was supposed to pay him a remaining $1250. Well Thomas isn't the man he was supposed to be, and has never made Brian another payment, or answered any of his calls. He gave Brian a fake last name and does not answer his calls.

Brian tried to help out a fellow LC enthusiast and got screwed by this Thomas guy. If anyone knows this "person" please let me know, or else you can contact Brian directly at 405-823-9254.

Jonny,

Can you give any details of the rig? If it's a 45 (wagon or p. up) it will be a rare bird around here for sure and should surface at some point. What should we be looking for? Thanks for the heads-up.

Dave,

It is a wagon that is Safari Brown. He also said the gutter trim up by the roof is grey which makes it very noticeable. I think he also mentioned that the tag is from Tennessee or somewhere out of state - and the guy can't tag it because he kept the title until it was PIF.

Regards,
Jonny
