im looking to buy my first FJ40, unfortunately im on a budget, i know the two dont really go well together...anyway i found this and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

because im on a budget, im looking for something that is or can easily(cheaply) be made drivable and street legal for now, then down the road i can decide what else to do with it.

That guy is a mud member. He lives a little ways up the road from me. I bet the 78 has a Holly carb
