Trip down 395 somewhere. . .
Hey dudes,
I am thinking of taking a trip over to your side of the hill and head down 395 somewhere. I noticed a few people have been down that way recently, what is the snow like? I am thinking of going down into the June Lake Loop or Twin lakes area but it is probably still a bit too snowy. Is anyone interested in a wheelin' trip somewhere if I head north into the Reno area? I am thinking sometime in the April 8th ish area.

We were down that way the week before last to/fro DV and although there is snow to ski on at June and Mammoth we were surprised at the general lack of snow for this time of year in the central Sierra area; especially South of Mammoth. But, having said that, you will be limited to valley trails more than likely.
I would join you but the timing isn't good for me.

I would but my spring break is the week of Monday the 6th. Any chance of running something like Bronco Canyon this time of year?

Im down to go with you!
Id even do Eldorado Canyon again. There was plenty to be had there running the river bed.
I wouldnt wanna attempt Bronco unless there was a group, quite honestly.
Its quite a nasty stretch, and once youre in, there is NO turning back.
Lemme know.
Hey D, BTW.
Did you ever get that ruff stuff diff cover to fit right?
I was just looking at a post on the 60's forum on that, and was wondering...
