At least if you dont wanna get a case of KY with your purchase.

It amazes me what some of these guyz charge, especially when you see how much heep stuff runs for where everyone is competing for business.

Supply and demand

Yeah, your right.

My big issue is the toybox/orion t-cases. I know they are tough and all, and the only option if you wanna stay offset rearend, but COME THE F ON!!

I can get an Atlas for that price almost. A 2 speed Atlas is right at 2 G's, and you can load up on the HP.

There are a ton more I could list, but I will stop there before I have to take my blood pressure medicine!!

SOR and Man-a-fre are Mr. Monopoly on alot of stuff!!

Yeah...but that is part of the FUN of owning a crusier!
Not everyone has the ability nor the patience to spend this amount of time or money in their rig.
Everyone else buys a jeep.
Now, Im not saying that as a BASH, but these rigs are really a labor of LOVE more than anything IMO.

60s are so cheap and so good, that's it's a no brainer to buy one. Do it! Just don't sell the 100. Sell something crappy like the Grand marquise (what is that anyway?)

Since you already own a 40, you will understand the 60 instantly. They are great trucks, I bought mine in 2002 on a whim and I'm still driving it to work almost every day. they are rougher than an 80 or 100, but they are much easier to work on, and you don't feel bad about dents and leaks.

Honesty here. If I had known what I know now, in 1999 when I bought my 80, I would have bought a couple of 60s instead. I probably would not have bought my 40 either. At current prices, 60 series (and 62s) are the deal of the century. Build one as a Rubicon truck and one as a distance truck and have fun.

As we discussed, a 60 is not a tow vehicle. Don't buy it with that as a primary focus.

That is one NICE 60 the Rusty's got!
However I think there's definitely something wrong with it...It doesn't SQUEAK AT ALL.

Ok, now that you have it, what are the plans as far as the herd? What goes, what stays?

The jury is still out on the 100. Everything else, except the 40, goes. I think we'll do a few trips with the 60 to see if it can replace the 100 before we make any decisions on it (the 100).

Good looking rig Dan. Do take some rides in it before the 100 goes anywhere. 60's are cool, but they'll never be as plush. I think I missed it, what kind of springs are on it?

Ya know...
The little bit that I had rode in it....It was a NICE ride. FAAAAR better than the ride of mine when it was basically stock.
Might wanna find an option to get some arm rests in at least the pass. side for the . That might bother her back some with nothing to brace against.
However, the 100 is a nice riding rig for sure as far as comfort is concerned.

K

You didn't miss it I don't know. I have all the PO's receipts so I'll be going through that file.

I think it might need shocks, the ride is a little spongy. We're not going to do anything right now just drive it and figure out where we want to go with it. has already mentioned the tuffy center console.

No receipts for the lift. I talked to the owner, he had the springs re-arched and added leafs. That may explain the mushy ride.
