I think I did it backwards. I bought the software before the bender. Yours looks good.

thanks guys! Well, all the major work is done!
Now it's just a matter of welding things up, putting the mesh floor on, light tabs, and paint (or powder coat, haven't decided.)
sorry about the bad pics, my cell phone doesn't like cloudy weather.

I really like the design and the fit.
Now for the magic question , what does it weigh?

not quite sure? I'll see if I can weigh it somehow... I think I have a scale in the garage...
here are the light tabs.

Matt,
I was curious as to why you went with a mesh floor and not a solid (1/8" alum) material for the floor? The air noise from a mesh floor can be quite annoying to say the least! Rack is looking great so far.

Thanks!
I have the same mesh on my other rack, and I've had no problems with it before. The rack is noisy with out the mesh, so it doesn't make much of a difference. Not to mention I've had a roof rack on the truck since I bought it so I don't really notice the noise.

You coming to the meeting next week?
I may have the rack, depending on the powder coating situation.

I'd like them to be a little higher in the front.
The rockers will be trimmed about two or three inches up from where they are now. Maybe a half inche higher than where the angle iron runs now.
