I'd like to but I will still be wrenching on the engine this weekend.

I understand that, I might be doing some maintenance as well. How's is yours going? Did you get that bolt out or did you have to get out the cutting tools?

The bolt was galvanically siezed to the fan bracket (the fan bracket is 'pot metal' or maybe aluminum). So I used the Dremmel to cut it away...then it it came apart just fine  . Got the water pump out and will be pulling the intake manifold off this coming Saturday to replace the starter (all the 100 guys say the starters are good for 90-100k miles...so I figure I might as well take care of this while I'm doing the 90k...shores up the odds you know  ).

I agree with replacement, Toyota starters seem programmed to give up the ghost around that mileage. Make good sense to replace.
