I'm not sure about that, but I know ColoCruiserJeff fit OEM Taco wheels onto his 40.

I'm sure that's real helpful.

My son's friend has his wife's 4-runner up for sale on Craigslist. Let me know if you're interested and I will get you in touch with him. I don't know much about it, but he is a mechanic and it has a rebuilt engine.

You have Delta Dental so all your preventative dental procedures are "free." Tell him you would rather have his dental assistant do a full body massage. Delta doesn't pay for those.

Jon,
Are you asking if I can help in getting you a full body massage or, are you asking if I will participate in your scheme to defraud an insurance company?

If the latter, put "Attn: Mike M" on the envelope when you submit your claim. I will take care of you Jon. [wink] [wink] [wink]

If the former then I will send you the address of a place off Central and Zuni where the oriental "hair stylist" will cut your hair, trim your beard, and make you smile all day. $10 extra for the smile though.

Someone with an 80 should jump on those. 4 brand new 35" muds for $600. The Coopers are rated very high too.

... now if they were 37's ....

If it is so simple to drive this thing for "free" then why in the world would he want to sell it? Mechanic checked it out and the A/C only needs to be recharged but he didn't have the mechanic recharge it? Huh?

Sounds like someone's worst nightmare and he will be very, very happy if it becomes your worst nightmare for a paltry $5k.

And who would want to hassle with sourcing and making veggie diesel? Pull me up to the pump y'all. Other than that it sounds like a good idea and could be an interesting car to drive/own.

And probably gets there faster and in better comfort. Plus, it's probably cheaper to maintain.

And it doesn't have a 24-gallon veggie-oil tank taking up the entire trunk.
