I saw that and would really like to go but have a golf tournament that weekend.

Take a bunch of pics, sounds like there will be some cool rigs there.

I will try to take a lot of pictures.. But I have a habbit of drooling over something and forgetting to take a picture. I'm sure we will be there for quite a while so we should still have a fair amount of pics to share. It looks like it will be a lot of fun with a number of events going on and vendors that will be there.

Darin,
Are you thinking about going up there? Drive the 45? I would love to ride in it.

I am interested in if you are. If you are not ready to drive the 45, I always have the 80 (if the wife approves) and it gets better gas mileage, has A/C, and goes faster.

John

even so, it should still be a good time. Any one there local you can hitch a ride with? Or anything we can do in the meantime to help?

Juan is going I could probably catch a ride with him, if this whole warranty issue is solved if not. I'd rather stay to stay on top of it. But I talked to them and even if they cover it or not. It takes 7 days to get here.. meaning by the beginning of next week they shoul dbe working on it. I hihgly doubt it takes a week to repair the damn thing.

Have you tried calling other Toyota dealers to see if they have the part? I had an issue with my Mustang that I was told the part was on National Back order. I called around and found a dealer that had it on the shelf. Had a friend give me a ride to pick the part up, and then I replaced it myself. Don't give me National Back Order crap... They're trying to make you dependable on the dealership to get more of your money.. I don't think I will ever buy another new car.. I can't stand dealerships.

Carlos are you kidding?...It takes about 30 minutes if that to replace an alternator....just buy the part and put it on and be done with it...I bet is the same as the 4runners since it has theame engine....Honestly I do not think they should pay out of warranty...not to be against you but rather being fair....If you wheel it and brake it, do not expect others to pay for your fun...my 0.2

I'm still in, guess I'm number 4?? Actually if you count the SO and her Hellions it's 4,5,6, and 7. Anyhow, coming from about an hour NE of BDOR, I'd rather eat somewhere on the east side of GSO than wait 'til I get to High Point. Eric and Stacey, I guess you guys will come down Holden to 85? If so is there anywhere on Holden hear 85 for a decent breakfast?

Anybody bringing any parts for the swap meet? If anyone needs parts let me know, I have some misc. 40 and 60 parts. Ugh, wait that means I'll hafta tow a trailer......

We are actually about 3 min. from Four Season's Mall. We could eat off High Point Road if everyone wants... There is Carolina Diner, Mc D's, B-King, ummm... That is about all I can think of on High Point Rd. Afterwards we can jump on 40 to 85 to 85 business. OR we can do Mc D's on Main St. in High Point (I think it is between 85 business and the road that BDOR is on, but I may be wrong).

Personally I would like to have "FOOD" due to it may be a long day and you never know what they will have (if any) at BDOR for food. I'll try to pack a cooler with some sandwiches and drinks just incase.
