Barry,

The price is where I need it to be but they will be going on the 80 so I will need to stay with the 16x8 size.

Thanks

Yeah, they work fine for me only because I have drum brake rears, they wont work for Patrick because he has disc rears.

Eh....we may want to check that Steve. I run factory toyota 4 wheel disk. The rear rotors on mine are 70 series, which is identical to 80 series hubs and rotors. I'm not saying they will fit the 80, but they should clear the rotors and calipers just fine.

Oh, and a bitchin FJ45 that may or may not be for sale.

You may be right Barry, I have never personally tryed it I just read some threads in 80'tech that stated they would not fit in the rear, they clear the front ones fine though. I think Alex (concrete) bought a set of 15"s for his 80 and they would not fit, but dont hold me to that.

I know that a few people have made them fit by grinding down the caliper.... but that isn't something i'd want to do.

Probably a moot point to mention, since you saw him this weekend... but Concrete was selling a set of 80 series wheels. See post #624 on p21.

How about OBX this weekend? Maybe someone coming from Charlotte can help with the ride. Other idea is that cruiser4life and I are trying to meet up in the next week or two for a sale...

Glad you posted up Charlie!! Welcome to ONSC.

For those that might be interested in any parts, I'm going to GSO one day this week to pick up the exhaust manifolds and would be happy to check out anything else that anyone might need.

I will be looking at maybe the rear axle if available on the FJ62, and the parking brake cable and mechanism.
