I've got a message in with the organizer as does Jon Sourbeer who is the TLCA contact with the organizers. As soon as I hear anything, I'll be sure to share it...

I believe I will be camping at Uwaharrie that weekend. I will have my 80 and my friend will have his 100. I will have to stop by and finally meet you guys!

I'll have my 40 there sat. Going to drive, not trailer, and hopefully get a little trailriding in as well (although w/ zuwharrie and everything else going on that will most likely be impossible)...

I thought the whole park was dedicated to THIS event. Didn't know Zuwharrie was scheduled for the same weekend...

Nor did I. I just looked at their site and it is indeed scheduled for the same weekend.
Should be fun but I'll stay off the trails and hang in the booth instead...

I'm assuming we can enjoy adult beverages (in a responsible way of course) while in the booth??

I'm never going to get anything accomplished anymore, this new hobby takes up all my time!
I'm going to try and make it out there that weekend. I found the spacer for my fan, it never made it back on the fan after my water pump incident at OBX last year... So I'm going to try and get out there in the 40...
I've got to hit Bud up about some mass produced 80 series armor (Jerry this is going to be a tag team event!)...

Dang,
Sounds like fun but I was really hoping to get out on the trails. If it is going to be that busy we will be log jammed all day. Ohh well good camping, drinking, and pushing TLCA (of which I am not a member)

I am worried about the trails being to busy also. That weekend I had scheduled for my birthday camping trip before I knew about this big event. I just hope I can find a place to camp on the trails...

I offered bud my truck to use to mock up stuff last year when I ordered my arms from him. He said if he ever decided to he'd take me up on that. If you guys talk him into it tell him he can borrow mine for as long as he wants as I only currently drive it once or twice a month anyway.

What are we looking at price wise to bring the 45 to this and to park it in the booth area ?
Trying to get an idea. The wife wants to go up there to look at some furniture also.

"Donation Fee" for the weekend is $20. Having a 45 to show off...priceless...

I've never been a TLCA member becuase even after reading the posts I still don't see what the point is. I would rather pay twice as much to the ONSC. Maybe I will be educated at the high speed low drag booth this weekend.

Really the only thing most people have it for is trails. Great magazine, great info. It also helps to have an entity as big as TLCA supporting cruisers

I've been with the TLCA since like the early 90's. I just keep it up and enjoy the Mag. And to be able to go to TLCA events.

Jason, TLCA membership is a requirement of ONSC due to the fact we are a NC Chapter of TLCA

Don't they have a certain rule though that 30% of our members do not have to be TLCA members.
I know i've heard that one before.

Sounds like Union talk to me. I guess I will sign up then. Sounds like the Magazine is pretty neat.

Magazine is well worth it.
Al, the 30% is for non-toyota owners if we chose to go that route. We encourage all our members to be TLCA members to support the sanctioning of our chapter...

I'd say bring the hundy since you will most likely be the only one going with that vintage. Would be cool if the toyota dealer putting this one would lend us a 200 for the booth
If the booth allowed us for six or seven that would be cool. That would leave us room for a 40, 45, 55, 60, 80, 100 and an FJC and I think that with the people that posted up saying they or their rigs could go we could fill that.
Greg said someone could maybe drive the 55 out there. I'm going to put some 39 inch boggers on mine and let Logan take it out there.
The 60 and 45 might be the only problem

You mean I'M gonna but MY 38.5 boogers on it.

Ahh and I thought you were giving them to me as a gift
Yes my mistake LOGAN is going to put HIS boggers on it
