Run home fast, check mailbox, Spring Tide Ride event in Toyota Trails...
Hey guys,
Sorry but I just couldn't contain myself when I opened the plain white envelope which contained the Toyota Trails TLCA magazine.
The Spring Tide Ride event made a strong showing in the mag.
Again, I'm thankful to all who put this event on, organizing every aspect, thankful to all the feedback and information which allowed me to put together a "fair" accounting of the event and mostly thankful to the camaraderie of the Olde North State Cruisers.
Just know, we are in big trouble now since we will have to follow up event to make it bigger since we've got to get more than a few more participants next year...

If it came in a white envelope I would say you did.
I usually get it way after the fact too.

I'm not sure if I ever created an account or not. I try all my usual passwords and nothing works. Anyone remember what your password was when you first logged in using your ID number as your username?

For those (such as me) who have not yet received TT this time, log into the TLCA website and you'll see a link to our article. Great job Jerry and all who contributed. This is an awesome writeup!

Glad its trickling its way into people's hands. As I've said before, I appreciate all the compliments but if it weren't for Brian, Heather, Clint and Stacey as well as everyone who stepped up to make this event special, I'd have nothing to write about.
I'm just glad everyone worked so well together and we got this event some serious publicity...

Thanks for all the positive feedback for the Ride, I had a great time on the ride also, so all the planning panned out in the end!

Great write-up Jerry! The pictures are awesome too. Especially the one of Andrea by the shipwreck.

Yeah, I don't know how that one slipped into the article
Actually, I was really glad you caught that image. It showed the shipwreck in a nice perspective and it didn't hurt to have Andrea in the shot either...

Great job capturing the trip Jerry!! I just read the online version but haven't seen the mag yet (we are at the beach).
Are there any additional photos/details in the mag vs. the online article? My curiosity is killing me .

Content is the same, its missing Alan's pick of the shipwreck and maybe one other but its essentially the same. The mag layout is nice, the pics look great, its the primary event story of the mag...

The only way it could be better is if your pic of my rig in front of Bodie Island Light was the centerfold! Good write-up!
