Can we take some funds and donate something from ONSC? Like a bumper or something?

I would second that motion but I think the treasure and the pres need to weigh in on that one.

I already told them I have a fire extinguisher they can have.

I'm trying to get the Mods on the NC4x4 board to post this up also, they are currently deciding which part of the board will get the most hits for it.

Oh and Josh if you win this one too you need to go and buy me a lotto ticket.

I would really like to see us as a group donate something for the truck since tellico is in our back yard.

Even if its people pitching in $20 to get a XRC winch to donate or something.

Greg what say you sir??

I'd be down for throwing in 10-20 bucs if we can get something good as a group.

I'll definitely be buying some tickets too. I could use another cruiser .

I'd say 20 a piece would be a good start

I don't see any issues, Jon how about you? My first thoughts would be lets keep this money seperate from the club money and if need be maybe we supplement the difference maybe from the club should we lack any.

Sounds good to me Greg... how are we going to do this? Paypal or check into the ONSC account??

If you want I can get in contact with them and let them know our intentions, I also wouldn't mind driving the winch down there to drop it off and meet some of them if anyone else wants to go with me.

I agree.

Let's approach this way - Al you run point (if you're ok with that) and track the following;

- How much we need to purchase the winch (sounds like you already have this)
- Listing of who and how much they want to contribute. Hopefully we can get enough funds from donations to fund the purchase.

In a week or so let's see how much money we have committed. If we're close then I think it's ok to use limited club funds to supplement (regardless I think ONSC as a club not just individuall members should contribute a portion so we can put our name on it).

Let's have a 2nd and 3rd choice of what we want to buy just in case we still need a good amount of cash for the winch.

I don't want to use the club paypal account but we can easily setup a donation paypal account for people to send funds.

Let me know what you guys think.

-Jon
