October/November/December - ONSC Trips?

Any thoughts on trips for these months? I have to plan way ahead of time. Any ideas yet?

Thanks,

uzj100

I think Brown Mtn got mentioned at one point as a good trip? Not terribly hard core but good trail riding, etc? Someone had contacted the rangers there and they were interested in pursuing more trail openings, workdays, etc. (Which leads to more ORV revenues for them!) I have never rode it personally, but sounds interesting and sorta close.

From what I've read the park is pretty hardcore. At least that is what they showed in the last 4-wheeler magazine. Of course who is going to show the boring pictures.

From what I've read the only trails they have rated as "easy" are the ones leading up to the obstacles with two lane traffic. Sounds like it has a lot of potential to be fun but idk if anyone else would be interested in going.

It's ok. Not like URE. It's small compact. There are a lot of fun things and most are not hard. It would be a cool day trip or even an overnight trip. I did this about a month ago. There is a nice river bordering the campsites to swim in. Not crystal clear but still nice.

It's different. I'd at least try it.
