Thanks guys, i certainly wish that was true. Ive got so much to do still. Getting close for sure though. Headed home this weekend to build my front fenders.

I was able to help support my buddy Sam Winget in his offroad race in Mountain City two weekends ago and had a blast!!!!! He finished 2nd overall due to default against 5 total competitiors. We ended our run once we centered a tree at ~30mph. Ouch! we had completed the second most portion of the race and was awarded 2nd, and the hardest impact/longest get it off the trail award! haha The Event was ECORS(east coast offroad racing series) that had Snap-On sponsorship and others. Enjoy the pics.... ECORS pictures from outdoors photos on webshots

Lost a tire bead on lap one and had the help of the infamous Will Carter "52x" of the 2009 KOH in the pits to help sam and I get the stuff we needed to change it without losing any positions.

Im ready greg! cruiser isnt.
UPDATE:
Started my Metal Tech tube fenders. This was FUN!!
It wasnt very hard. Getting started took the longest, seeing as how they're arent many directions(none). Once i figured out everything i dove right in...

Had to mount the hood and bolt on the aprons and everyhting to make sure panels were in they're final positions as to not have surprises later. I would suggest having somebody around for an extra set of hands. I had to use tons of wood blocks and anything else i could find.

Since my original fenders were all bent up from my wreck i had no problem cutting them so i could use the inner fender liner to close off the engine bay. I know mtweller did this and it turned out really nice and professional looking, so i copied that design. The most difficult part of this build was the the sheet metal skins. Ive only done the drivers side so maybe the passenger will treat me better.

Very Nice Martin, I am sure the skins wanted to to move in all sort of directions from the heat...

Looking good Martin. I did mine by myself too, and will attest that an extra set of hands would have been invaluable.
