Triangle Real Estate Advice Needed

I have a rental property in Holly Srpings that I purchased about 4 years ago. I am ready to sell it and move on to something else. The question is this, where is the best free place to post up a house for sale? I have it on craigslist however are there any other specific triangle area sites you can suggest?

The house was a new constrcution in 2003 and is located very close to the new wal mart and about 7 miles from the Novartis plant that is being built. It is also close to where 540 is coming through.

Also, does anyone know any good real estate agents over in Holly Springs. I may list it with an agent if I do not have any luck on the free sites.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

uzj100
Andrew

Realtor guy I've known for ~10 years is listing my house.. he subscribes to all the premium stuff that makes his listings come up to the top of the searches, and offers a 3/3 split, making it more attractive to a buyer's agent..

He's out of Sanford, but he lives not far from HS...

sometimes you just gotta pay a professional to do what he/she does. I would suggest a RE agent, especially during these tuff market times.

There is a mud member who is a RE agent in Raleigh. I think.....i think his name is LukeO....

I found out also that many buyer's agents don't even want to deal with those "we'll list it on the MLS for you" sales because of the headaches with dealing with "amateurs", so they often won't even show the house to a buyer.
