Seriously.....that sounds good Clint. That might be nice to have Friday night after the long day.

And of course I can bring venison as usual.....if you guys would like, for Sat. [eh-hem....Juan ]

No Problem. Since y'all are coming in late, we can definitely do that.

BTW, has anyone reserved a spot yet at Montebello? Do we want tent sites, or do we want to try for the RV sites with electricity? Then we can park next to the tents. I haven't reserved anything yet and just wanted to check what y'all think. I don't necessarily think that electricity is necessary, but it could be helpful for cooking, etc.

Your guys' call. I don't really have a need for electricity myself.

Awww, come on Greg!

You're missing out on some cool Mountain air! Travis said it felt like a twenty degree difference when he came up last weekend. It's been awesome here lately.

Wish I could but with traveling last weekend and again the next two weekends with family I need to sit this one out. Please take pics and have someone create a little write up so we can include it in a club newsletter.

Montebello Weekend Weather Forecast - weather.com ......... ?

Looks like they're calling for typical summertime afternoon thunderstorms Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. [Go figure..last weekend was awesome]

About 40% chance in the PM's. The high is only 79 for Friday, low 80's Sat., so the temperature would be nice.

I get the feeling that most of the daytime weather would be nice and then an afternoon shower would hit and pass through, much like we've seen here the passed month or so.....Because we've just had a warm front come in today.

Might make the trails a bit more interesting...I don't think enough rain to make the trails "sloppy"....but, slick-er.

Anyway....My step-mother-in-law and father-in-law are coming to stay for the weekend......SO I AM GOING REGARDLESS!! [seriously]

What do you guys think?

I've actually got a HUGE tarp......big enough to cover like two trucks. I'll bring it, but if anybody's got one or two more reasonably sized, that might be good.

Looks like you all had some fabulous weather, hopefully a little cooler than we had here.

Great pics.

Weather was great! I am so glad we make it to this trip.

FOOD as always was delicious....having Scott's creatures and Stacy homemade cooking was awesome! Thank you both for that!

It is a really nice place to wheel and cant wait to go back later on this year!!

Thanks Scott for everything....I am glad we turned around after we left you the first time if not we would still be in the top of that mountain
