Denver to San Diego and back to Denver

I'm Driving to San Diego from Denver on July 19th. I'll be driving my 93 cruiser, and the only that will be in the back is my spare and a back pack.

Bucket Seats

Would you have room for 2 buckets seats? A MUD member has them for sale in Torrance, CA and I'm interested if I can get them back here. Would that be on your way to/from SD?

Here is what they look like.

Need to get a tranny from Boulder to So. Cal.

Guy in Boulder is willing to get tranny to you.

What will your route be?

Torrance might be out of your way for MtnTrker's seats, but I could pick up the seats, meet you out east and make the trade.

Let me know.

Thanks, Kevin

MtnTrucker-I would have room for the seats on my way back, but Torrance is a two hour drive from where I will be staying, so four hour total not including traffic. We can try and work something out

How big and heavy is the tranny? Can it fit in the back of my 80 with out it sagging to much?

I plan on coming out on I-15 to the 215 and back to the 15. If we can meet up somewhere and trade, that'd work out great.

Torrance is about 1 1/2 hours each way for me as well. MtnTrucker, wanna work something out?

As far as the tranny - Probably weighs about 100 lbs. How would you want it packed?

Meeting at the 15/215 would be perfect for me. I also have a buddy that lives right near there, so he could help out if I get tied up.

The tranny can be packed whatever way would work best for you.

Meeting at the 15/215 in San Bernardino or in Murrieta?
