A good option for the NATO cans are the Swiss nozzles.
They are a bit pricey when you can find them but the pour super fast and do not leak a drop
They do have the larger diesel opening though so you either have to pour carefully or mod the end of the spout.


By the way that is a 5 Liter can in the pic so the nozzle looks a lot bigger than it really is

I don't think the red ones can go to CA, even though they are shipping from CA.....
