| If anyone else is needing any please post up.
Side note, we have what we believe to be the best management system for securing these cans on a roof rack and hope to have them ready to go by August.
Thanks,
Shane |

| Did all of these ship out yet? If not, do you have an estimated time?

Looking into it now and replied via e-mail as well.
I can't begin to say how happy I am with mine and soon have a kick-ass roof rack mounting system for them and yes it will fit other models.

I had the pleasure of painting my house this weekend and what I thought would be a strait forward deal turned into a nightmare due to my OCD issues....30 tubes of caulk later I am happy!
I am looking into it this morning and will email you back soon. Quote:

I have been looking at them for over a year and have observed price spreads in line with what you are seeing. Thing is, Nato cans are made by many different manufacturers and quality, fit and finish can vary greatly from one manufacturer to the next. I think that when large production runs are made by the major manufacturers, the market gets flooded and that drives the prices down. You wait six months and when all new inventory is drying up, and you see them all over the place for $100+. Then there is the uncertainty of buying from an unknown source. I have read horror stories about cans rusting out from the insides. There are also copies coming out of China that fail at the seams.
So I guess you weigh all the variables and make a choice. Shane is established here and is known to pay meticulous attention to detail (just take a look at his build thread). I have never heard anything but accolades about his products (OEM replacement seat covers come to mind). His products are top notch and in my opinion well worth the price. On an item like this I want the comfort of knowing that Shane did his homework and that 3 years from now I am not going to have gas leaking out of my NATO cans while I am 150 miles away from the nearest gas station. That alone is worth the difference in cost.
Just my. 02 and no I am not affiliated with him.
