Yes the 80 DIY kits are stocked and include all the frame parts needed for a set of sliders for a 95-97 FZJ80. It can also work for the diesel guys too. 93-94 guys all but the cat mounting area works for you. Here is the original posting for them:

We still over the DIY frame mount kits and the stand alone rub rail kit. Note the Rub rail kit includes all the steel for the rub rails, not the main body of the slider. (you use your 2x4 or 2x3 box tube for that) It also includes a serial numbered licence sticker for the TM that is used with the rails.
