Just over 2.5 lbs each shipped in large USPS flat rate box. ($9.80)

~Bottom pad is 15"x9.5"
~Back pad is 18"x9.5" HUGE.
~Quick heat up time
~30% warmer than OE

~Complete harness with relay, zip ties and fuse link
~Uses 12 volts.
~Yes it can be installed in any vehicle, snow machine, motor cycle, boat or office chair with inverter.
2 year warranty**
Online PDF installation instructions*** http://www.heatedseatkits.com/installation.pdf
These Seat Heater for Cars and Trucks from HeatedSeatKits.com are $140 and these are apples to apples of what I have. If you want the cheaper ones, buy from them. Want the best for the dollar? Buy these.
**Warranty through myself as I am now 3rd or 4th party plus I really don't want to go through all the hoops of trying verify miles and date purchased. All I ask is that you save the proof of purchase and send the defective pad to me for replacement. I did ask on failure percentage and it was under 1%
If you do something stupid when installing them it's on you, not me. So if you are color blind or were shuttled to school on the short bus then have someone help you.
***I am using www.heatedseats.com PDF instructions for you to see how easy or hard this will be for you before you order. I am in NO WAY representing them, doing business with them or selling their products.
Best,
Shane

Will these seat heaters carry the manufacturers 2 year warranty?
If I am in Canada, will my order be shipped from their Canadian head offices so as to save me hassles with import/duties fees?
I've been trying to get a hold of this company under MULTIPLE names i.e. heatedseatkits.com/innovativeheat.com/autowarm.com/etc. They have multiple websites, however, no one answers e-mails, nor phone calls. I hope it's not a sign of their customer service and the quality of their warranty.
I've already heard of one person installing kits from this company. They installed their kit, and had a lot of difficulties when one of his seat heater kits was not heating up sufficiently (one barely heated up compared to the other he installed, and he installed both). When he contacted them and explained his problem, they said, use another power source. He replied, they are both running off the same power source although both seats were off the same power source. It took him more then a week to ever get a hold of them. They never answered, and never called back. Both times, someone actually answered after days of calling and leaving messages. Anyways, I'm sure they make a good product, I'm just worried about the customer service/warranty aspect of a business that is run so poorly.
Thanks!

I am having the exact same problem with that company! It is almost to the point that I think it is funny...
Shane, I'd much prefer to order from you, but also wonder about the shipping thing for Canadians.

With all the troubles of even ordering, I think I'm ready to swear off Heizgarat/heatedseatkits.com/innovativeheat.com/autowarm.com . . . whatever shell distributor they have setup.
I'm finding nothing but horrible customer service, technical support, and unaddressed warranty issues on MULTIPLE forums.
The only advantage they hold for me is that they have a Canadian distribution centre. Otherwise, I think I'm going to go with the Rostra W.E.T.'s. They are waterproof/more durable and regulate temperature better than the Heizgarats from what I've read. However, these H3 units could possibly produce more maximum output.
It's a shame, I would have bought these weeks ago if they would have just picked up the phone or replied to an e-mail or two. Now, I'm looking at 2 other alternatives, and really distrust their customer service the more research I put in.

I just ordered my seat heaters from Shane.
As with the leather seat covers I bought from him, he answered questions quickly, and was pleasant to deal with.
I just couldn't deal with that previously mentioned supplier anymore, even if their shipping was from Canada.
I must have called them 10-15 times and sent as many emails/call back requests in the last few weeks.
I wanted the seat heaters to install along with the new leather for our LX450 (My wife is the main driver). It was her idea to get the leather as her Christmas present, but I thought I'd install seat heaters as a surprise along with the new leather. Heated seats was something she really wanted when we were shopping for a 2nd vehicle.
Since I have been working from home the last few months, I asked them to call me before 5PM, my time, as my wife would not be home to get the call, and they were to be a surprise for her.
After many calls/messages on my part they eventually called.
On the one day I was visiting a client.
They left a message, detailing that I had called to buy a set of heaters as a surprise for my wife.
Guess who got home first that day???
Luckily the message was pretty hard to understand due to static, and my wife said she stopped the message when she heard it was for me. Of course, she wouldn't let on if she did hear the whole message, so all I can do is hope they will still be a surprise...

James,
Thanks for the kind words and sorry for the headache from them. I will ship yours out in the morning.
I am sure everyone knows by now I sell quality products but most of the time my shipping is slow due to my hectic life and way to many projects. So if need it asap please be clear.
