I live in Bridlewood and work near McKnight and Edmonton trail - sounds like we both get near the Road King truck stop. I use Deerfoot from McKnight to Bow Bottom twice a day.
I punched and formed the covers yesterday and today I welded and sanded them. They are ready for powder and I will drop them off tomorrow at lunch time. If I let him wait and fit my order in with other customers of the same colors he will go easier on the price for me. I realize that doesn't help you guys so I will give him a deadline of next Friday. These colors are common for him so it won't take too long.

I'll take one. I need to check the remote that I bought for it to see if holes or not today and will get back to you later today.

If you still have covers left, I'll take one aluminum cover. I will send the $ thru PayPal once I hear back.
Thanks.

Yes I have more - hold off on paying until I get an accurate shipping cost. You can PM me your address though so I can get that cost.

Wait for shipping cost
For those of you who have ordered a cover please don't guess at the shipping cost and Paypal me because if you are short like $1.50 or something I'll feel foolish billing you for such a small amount. This is my first mass mailing and I really don't know what it will cost other than the cover I sent to South Carolina last year. There is also a 3% charge that Paypal makes me pay so please be patient.
I hope I'm not coming across the wrong way - that's not my intent

It was nice meeting you Kevin and hopefully we get to see you at one of the rmlca meetings sometime soon.

Thanks Cody,
Good to meet you too! I was gonna go to the Sept. meeting but realized a day late that I missed it.
I'm just waiting for the wife to get home and I'll run out to the post office to send out all the covers (or at least the ones paid for )
Kevin

Six covers left.

Makes ya wonder why Warn charges $37.00 for a cheap chinese plastic one when I can make an aluminum one for $28.00 and make a profit. I'd be very surprised if Warn pays more than 50 cents for theirs.
Well.... actually...... I don't wonder...
I have six left ready to ship with or without holes. All the bodies have the stock plug holes and if you don't want them I send you a "W" that has none. The "W" bolts in place.

I was away all week, but got home today to find my cover had arrived (safe and sound, btw...)
Yep, it looks awesome! Way way better than the old warped plastic POS it's replacing. Thanks Kevin!!

Recieved mine today. Quality is outstanding and even better looking in person than the pictures show. If anyone reading this is on the fence about getting one...don't be. Snap one up quick. Anyway, thanks Kevin, great product.

Hope I'm not to late to get an aluminum solenoid box
I am rebuilding an old Belleview/Warn 5687, and have replaced the motor to give power in/power out. I have been searching for a solenoid box to put my 2 high amperage solenoids in. Am ready to reassemble the unit, after replacing all the bearings and seals, and installing a drain plug.
I just saw this forum during my search tonight, so I joined, and want to get in on the order. I will just need to get a couple of 4" hose clamps and make some type of bracket, and I will be in business.
Good looking enclosure you are making .

CJ5Warn - PM sent
Zorn - I've seen your build thread - nice work
I have two or three left after the poster above. With or without holes. All the black covers have holes and if you want no hole I just send you a "W" that has none and works as a block off plate. I'll shoot you a PM
