would've shipped the empty boxes as soon as they were done and hit exile for direct to customer ship due to the back order status.

BTW; has anyone tried this?

If you wish to order any of the items please feel free to contact me directly by calling me at (256) 878-4727 or email me at ocsteveo2003@yahoo.com
Thanks,

BHMCruiser's an atty in Birmingham IIRC.

And Deep South Cruisers (Jerry) lives in Jasper.

So I'm bored and did some more reading.

Pissed off boaters

A new "Website" from his sigline on Boatfreaks.

And some pics bragging about how well he's doing????

FWIW IF YOU HAVE MONEY INVESTED:
It's worth created a UN / PW on Boatfreaks to read through his posts.

This thread on Boatfreaks shows you who you're dealing with.

A "fully furnished house" right after a divorce that "he got paid for" from his wife? ? ?

Reminds me of Mushro.

Seems like he can run his new truck and boats in November as well.

WOW. And he even gets into discussions about board members ripping each other off.

Are you f*cking kidding me Rob?.....No seriously 5 months without giving the guy his title? WTF? This is total bullchit and I applaud you Bruin for waiting, but your waiting may come back and cost you in the long run.....

If it was me personally I would be knocking on Robs door with a baseball bat and swinging widly like a cracked out gorilla....

I would hide that boat until this is resolved.....Rob, man you f*cked up badly if you dont resolve this immediately....

Labor Day Weekend SUCKS!
Two years in a row, phucking labor day sucks!...

Last year Sunday before Labor Day 2007, take the Galaxy out....put it in the water....nothing, wouldnt start.....tried to fix it and ended up at Cathouse Marine building a new motor....

This Year (2008) Sunday before Labor Day, put the Fountain in the water.....port motor has no water pressure, isnt sucking up any water...limped back in put it back on the trailer....try and fix it tomorrow...

WTF?

I went back to my shop last night to change it but the motor was still WAY too hot so I left the hatch open all night. Got here this morning and just didnt feel the urge so I sent it to a local boat shop, should be fixed in a little while....

Attorney in the House?
So I got an interesting letter from an attorney today that basically demands that I do something illegal to satisfy a customer in regards to a title transfer for a vehicle we sold months ago...

I Googled the attorney who sent me the letter and he is an adoption/divorce attorney.....since when do these guys know about the car business?

Anyway I would pay for a very nice letter to be returned to the adoption attorney basically telling him to shove it....

Attorney in the house?

I have a traditional floorplan and then I bank roll the rest of the stuff myself. I do have some private people who put up money when I'm low and we usually package up a deal....example...I think this is what your talking about??..

Over the winter I bought a 06 Sea Doo Speedster 200, 06 Sea Doo Speedster Wake, and a 07 Sea Doo Speedster 150 for a package price of $42k. I sold them individually for a total of $63k and split the cost and profit down the middle...It came out to right at $10k a piece and the turn around was roughly 20 days...

I dont have the extra capitol to buy these deals allot of the time because my floorplan and personal cash flow is usually tied up in inventory, which is why I was considering expanding and partnering....I'm just not sure where to go, or how to go further, like I said I feel maxed out without bringing in more money..

Wow....Jeez, thanks for posting pics of my house, my cars, and my boat.....I personally would have chose a different picture of myself to post but hey....I didnt post them here so what do I care....

For the rest of you....

I choose to no longer post on this forum due to the immature nature of others who have brought over a matter to this board from another forum... Fact of the matter is I have facts, they have opinions and opinions are like assholes....and most of these guys have 3 or 4 each.... So boating jerkoffs, if you dont agree with my morals thats your opinion, you guys know my home address...lets see how much man you really are, I still have yet to see one of you keyboard cowboys show up.....

For the boxes, as Jaime knows.....all you have to do is email me....I have responded to each email sent to me and I will have time to box them up and send them out THIS FRIDAY 12/12/08.....I need addresses though, dont expect something if you dont email your addy (Jaime I got yours)....

Im out of here for the last time....

Hey guys I was just wondering how everyone made out with there dealing and LDD? It seams after we shed some light on the issues he starting refunding some monies.Did everyone get paid back?Did he ever send out boxes as promised? As fer as the boating web site I know that a lawyer has been hired and from what I hear he should be hearing from the courts notifying him that he is being sued. It turned into a real mess cause now it cost more money to retrieve the money he stole. If you guys need any help let me know.

Thanks

Steve,
You claimed the boxes would ship on 12/12, but I haven't received mine yet. Did they ship? Do you have a tracking number? The last email I have from you is 12/10.

I've seen zero proof that the boxes have shipped as you had promised (and they have not arrived). We communicated and agreed upon a plan in October that should have resulted in a partial refund and an empty box shipped, and here it is, in January, and I've seen nothing but 3 emails. If you have shipped the boxes, why have I not been refunded the partial amount?

I've been extremely patient with you, in spite of much bad press from the forums. Please respect me, and my trust, by refunding my FULL PAYMENT of $275 immediately. You gave the other folks on this thread full refunds (those who requested them), so please help me by giving me the same respect.

Sorry I could not be patient enough,
Jamie.

I haven't received anything yet either. He also hasn't replied to many e-mails or PMs. I would prefer the box and money, but right now I want the money back. And I feel like a jerk because I'm the one that brought the guy back for one last batch.

Did his boat deal ever get resolved? I was reading the thread on OSO and a moderator put a stop to it. Just wondering.

Later,

Not over yet.He tried to offer some money back but it was to late.I hear the lawyer has been hired and its in the lawyers hands now.I also heard the lawyer is going to subpoena some of his boating buddies to court because they were witnesses to what he was doing at the time.So I'm sure his friend are loving him right about now.I also heard fraud claims were made against him to the IRS and a few other fine federal establishments. You guys need to go after him with a lawyer or try to join the case against him for the boat. This guy is a total jack ass and needs to be put in his place. The funny part is he called us boating guys immature because we found him over here and bought his actions to your attention. You guys just like us have a passion for a sport and when a mole gets in and steals your hard earned cash it pisses people off,no matter what your hobby is.Let me know if you need any info on him....

Thanks

Interestingly enough, he sounded pretty reasonable in his emails and posts to me. But I still haven't heard from him since his email December 10th. Nada, nothing, zip. No speaker box, no Paypal refund. I hear the name Steve Thomas, and my insides turn over.

I've sent him a few more emails asking that he have the smallest sense of decency and refund our money. We've been more than patient. And why punish the guys trying to help him recover the expenses it cost to build the boxes? It's not as if he owes us thousands of dollars - it'd cost more than that just to defend himself in court!! Oh, how I wish I'd spoken up when he was being decent in November - my gut told me to, and if I had listened then I would have gotten a full refund without any drama.

Now we get to join the drama occurring on other forums across the net. Yay. If Someone who cares happens to have information that would help support a legal claim, I'd be interested in a PM.

Jamie.

I never got my refund either. I have sent him a weekly e-mail with no response. Any suggestions how to step on his sack, count me in.

Do we have a count of how many and total amount we got ripped off.

Jay

Steve,
I read your last post on MUD and it sounds like your making an effort to get this cleaned up. I,ve already sent you a refund request through paypal and I would really like to get this resolved.
Jay

My apologies as I do not recall getting/seeing a refund request from you, although I may have also overlooked it. Please resend it to me and I will propmtly handle it.

I also have not received a refund for my $275.

I don't have his number or I would have called long ago. I found a post at the top of this page with a phone number, has anyone tried it?

I just sent him another email to both steve@extremeremarketing and the email at the top of the page. I will wait a day, then I'll go over to Boat Freaks and figure out how to sign up and try and contact him there.

So I'm counting 3 of us that are still out the money, and 2 of us got a refund (very smartly) in November?

Jamie.

Sorry but your wrong as I am not Steve. I am however J230SX454MAG on boatfreaks.org site and only trying to help both parties here. The goal here is to hopefully resolve the issue once and for all.
Both sides need to put this to bed for good so let's give it a chance before you make anymore incorrect insinuations that may in fact harm the chance of everyone being satisfied, please.

76BigHeadFJ40 if your more comfortable calling Steve rather then divulging me your e-mail, then no problem.
jaydead40 he has your e-mail hopefully you'll be hearing soon from him

Thanks

Guys, Mudblast is for real. I just got a full refund check from Steve. I'm sorry it all ended this way, and the 5 of us guys got wrapped up in other problems Steve was having, but I believe that he did build 'em anyway. Too bad he couldn't get them shipped...

Next time I think I'll be a bit more cautious - like half now, half on delivery before I send a bunch of money to someone on the net for this type of service again.

It's not been fun, but at least it's over.

I'm out,
Jamie from Edmonds...

as one of the people that did get their refunds back early, I am happy to hear that you guys are finally getting yours back too. I don't know if the boxes were built or not, but i still wish this had gone a different route. perhaps one day, someone will do this again and we will have a different outcome.

As I told mudblast on boatfreaks....

When people from other boards come over here to mud and start attacking me I just shut down and didnt care about anything.

The boat guys have more time than they have brains and you can thank them for the delays they caused some of you in getting your refunds. Theirs actions on this board just ran me off and away from here....

Just because there a controversial boat deal doesnt mean I'm going to quit boating or enjoying 80-Series trucks...my life will go on with whatever hobby I choose to indulge in.

Keep in mind, all this talk from the boat people and I still havent been contacted or served for a law suit.

In the end I'm glad the 5 of you got your money back, and I as well as others owe Mudblast for reaching out to me to get this resolved in a professional manner. There was no bickering, finger pointing, or who done it B.S....

I did build the boxes and will give them away to the 5 that ordered them, I'll even pay to ship them to you....just PM me if you want them...

My apologies for the delay, there is no excuse but its taken care of now..

My Best, Steve

Steve,

I was one of the original five that placed the order. I was fortunate enough to get my refund earlier than the rest of the guys here. I am still interested in getting a subwoofer for my LX450 though.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you are offering to send the boxes for free including shipping to us. What does not make sense to me is why didn't you just send it out in the first place if you already have them? Since it's available then I'll take them but I'm still willing to pay for them. I don't need the speakers, just the enclosure. I'll PM you my mailing address and I'll paypal you the payment once I receive the box. This way, I won't have to hold my breath if it never shows up in my front door.

Alex
