      Pulled out the transfer case. Getting ready to play with 111 lbs. of fun! Did it in the drivrway. No easy task. I have probaby done over 1000 sit ups over the past week!

      Regarding cable size, it isn't really that important. When you are jumping starting a car the cables are mostly charging the battery rather than powering the starter. The battery powers the starter. Smaller gage cables may just take a few more...

      These are the 200 Series model, which does not use a metal flange and attaches only with 3M sticky tape. Time will tell how they hold up.
