Nope, clinic at 8:30….with clean fingernails and just a couple calluses. All I wanna do is get this running. Now I have to be slow and systematic and not miss anything….torque and tighten and be careful.

The reason why Toyota uses a plastic impeller compared to this GMB one. Well, at least the GMB was made in Japan. The rust was limited to the water pump area and impeller. Cleaned up nicely.

The timing belt cover was cleaned up and repainted with SEM Satin Black paint.

I also installed a new cam seal, water pump, tensioner, and timing belt. Easy to do with the engine out.
