Stock shackle bolt are 15mm for fj40 , 81- 84 are 18mm

Pretty sure those tires are for side-by-sides (SxS), not vehicles EDIT: So in 33x9.50R15, I think all youve got is the Kenda Klever RT, and now looks like theyve got a MT in that size; also the Swamper SX2, which is bias ply.

I have 35x13.5 tire on 3.5" backspacing wheels and they dont rub the spring . Just unscrew the stopper till it clear the spring

4 will get you to +1, a little shorter shackles might get you a little more. It will be better . I started with 4.

With the steel shims from Valley hybride , just use a longer bolt

Your shackle are not 3" , look more like 4.5" or 5" long to me , no need for more than 3.5" or 4" , just get rid of those badly designed and too long you have now

You need shims for sure, but no reason to pay for professional alignement , it is easy to set the toe and caster

You're missing the little spring that holds the clutch fork to the throwout bearing holder...

Get some new bushing and shackle (max 3.5" long) and 2° or 4°steel caster shims

I always pull and install the entire package engine/tranny/transfer. By myself I can pull the package in like 3hrs start to on the ground 4 to put it back. Bleed the clutch, check the adjustment. I think mine engages about 2" from the floor...
