Did your compressor grenaded it's internals? If it did, I highly suggest replacing the condenser and backflush the lines past the condenser and maybe get a new expansion valve too. Just my @ pennies.

Do you have a printout of the last alignment? Sometimes lifted trucks give that look of having negative Camber or too much Caster, Camber should stay under 1* for most vehicle lifted or not Caster is a little different.
