05LX has VGRS. So do not lock steering wheel. let it turn/clock however it wants. You'll center it, later in TS VGRS.

So what would be your remedy to what you mention above? If the tech adjusts the tie rods with the steering wheel locked and leaves you with 3 threads on one outer TRE and 13 threads on the other. Let’s say everything is perfect...
I followed this procedure but even after centering everything I cannot maintain equal Outer TRE thread count if I want the front wheels to be close enough to achieve correct amount of toe in.
What am I missing?
