I’d highly recommend Metal-tech cages. Personally I’d assemble it just the way I’d want, tack it, and then have a skilled certified welder finish the welding.
19' of boom wasn't enough given that the crane was staged on the high side of the slab. We had to abort the first lift and put the 8' jib on the crane. After that it was pretty easy to get the assembly in place. My son and BIL manned a tagline...
