We are excited to once again host this premier event in beautiful New Hampshire for a Columbus day weekend of off-roading and camping with your fellow Toyota owners and 4x4 enthusiasts 10/10-10/13/13.

The Fall Gathering is an annual event that provides trails and obstacles for all drivers at all skill levels. Held in Southern New Hampshire in peak leaf peeping season it is not only one of the most attended events but is also one of the most beautiful events held here in the North East.

We will be staying at Field & Forest (Gretchen's) in Hancock, NH 298 Bonds Corner Rd. Hancock, NH 03449. All trail runs will depart from there and the catered BBQ and premier raffle will be held there as well.

This year your BBQ is presented by MacDaddy's Rolling Smoke BBQ http://www.macdaddysrollinsmokebbq.com/ and is included in your Driver's registration fee. We will also offer heavily discounted children's meal tickets this year.

Breakfast sandwich and coffee provided for driver (if there's extras they're fair game!) at Saturday Morning trail line up at 9am sharp.

Camping sites will be first-come-first served and you can claim your site when you arrive. Due to the wide open nature of the property, we cannot set aside a specific site for you ahead of time. We reserve the whole property for the Club, so there will be plenty of room.

You must Pre-Register for the Friday and Saturday Trail Runs. Sunday trail run sign ups will be first come-first served and will happen at camp.

The event falls on Columbus Day weekend this year and there's an option on your registration to camp Sunday night as well.

Online Registration-

Our new online registration can be found here- http://eventregistry.us/yankee-toys/events/fall-gathering/register
All purchases for the event can be made here. At the end of the registration process there's a Paypal option that breaks down your purchases for the event and links you to PayPal to make your payment.

Mailing option-

Please see .pdf at bottom of page to print out and mail your registration.
All registrations must be accompanied by a money order or check
made out to Yankee Toys Inc. and be RECEIVED no later than registration closing at 10/5/13.
There will be NO exceptions.

Registrations and payment can be mailed to-

Josh Frick
88 Gracey Rd
Canton, CT
06019

You MUST be a Yankee Toys member to participate.

You can join or renew your membership via online registration or .pdf form. Memberships runs from October to October.

Please be advised that the property provides rustic Bathrooms and showers. We are not expecting any water issues this year but I strongly advise that you bring your OWN drinking water and plan to “rough it.”

Limit of 10 trucks per trail per day.
Trails will fill up so it's best to get your registration in early.
Once the trails are filled the online registration will show the trails as closed.
Please note that trail damage is always a possibility on the trail. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles and occupants. Event Managers reserve the right to switch a driver or vehicle to an easier trail run if your vehicle does not meet the requirements for that trail, or if your vehicle is unsafe in any way. http://www.tlca.org/events/inspection.shtml

I'm all signed up and ready to go.. The online registration is soooooo much easier. No calculator needed, linked right to paypal, etc. Took me all of 5-10 minutes from start to finish including paypal. I prefer this method hands down.

Great job and looking forward to another good turnout..

Newbie Q r: fall gathering

Hi there --
Newbie to this forum (not to wheeling) and a Just Empty Every Pocket driver besides. That's 2 strikes already, so bear with me. :)

Thinking about signing up for the fall event, sounds great, kudos to the planners/officials. As most of my prior wheeling was done in the Midwest, and considering the Toyota-focused group here, I'd like to understand what trails I'd be eligible for. I'm currently running a stock 4-door Wrangler Rubi which means 32" BFG MTs, 4:1 tcase, dual lockers, and sway disco. That said, it's as long as a bus compared to my old TJ, so tight trails may be trickier. I'm not afraid of body damage, but I do need to drive it home 90 miles.

What say you folks - #1 to #4? Maybe #5?

Thanks much for any POVs.

Any of those trails would be ok for you. #5 is in the woods and you would have
to be alert. 80's have done it with out problems.

Most of the stock / stock plus and moderate runs are off of the property.
Field and forest is where we camp and have the BBQ/raffle... The trucks that wheel there are well built with good drivers.

Got it, thx. Looks like fun. My son (6) will wish he were one of the kids in the pics...

Just register! See you there!

1 trail per day?

About to reg and have a Q. Looks like registration allows for only 1 trail per day (Fri/Sat) - true? How does that work? That makes the choice a little tougher...

Thx!

Yes that's true.
One trail run per day.
By the time everyone lines up and departs it's close to 9:30am...sometimes.
Some of the trails off site are 30-45min drive.
Get to the trail and air down it's close to 11am.
Wheel a few hours, stop and have lunch and then wheel some more.

If you run carnage it's a very small trail and usually we mix in some other trails as well.
It all depends on the trail leader but I can reassure you you won't be on the trail for a short period of time.
Also depending on the trail sometimes there's a great deal of spotting involved which takes time.

Fall gathering

Aha, makes sense now. I'm very familiar with the pace, but didn't realize trails could be a bit away from the site.

You guys use CBs for comms, right?

Thx much, rain76king. Sorry for all the chatter.

No worries on the chatter.
Most of us do have and use CBs.

Thanks for joining us for the event.
