Cruiser Parts Swap-Meet at the Fall Gathering

Directions for Sellers: Ok....This thread gives you an opportunity to post up descriptions, pictures and PRICES of things you would like to sell at the Fall Gathering. Each seller is on their own, but if you post here, you must post a price. I am going to be posting some pictures of heavy items like axles, trannys, etc. So I expect to have a deposit in hand before I am going to bring the crap to the Fall Gathering. In saying this, I highly recommend that when you post up items you make it clear whether or not you will be bringing the item to the Fall Gathering. If your item sells before the Fall Gathering, make that clear by editing your thread.

Directions for Buyers: If you see something that you want, communicate directly with the Seller via a personal Message. Send them money or convince them that you are not going to be one of those guys that calls dibs but does not pay.

Directions on Pricing: The beauty of a swap meet is that transport costs are minimal. This is your opportunity to get rid of parts laying around because the cost of pick up or delivery is really low. Price accordingly or you may not have buyers. Buyers be respectful as your lowball offer may get you the smallest piece of chicken at the BBQ on Saturday night!

Most of these I consider a transport and PITA fee to move it to NH, so feel free to pick it up in CT or lowball me by PM. Will consider payment in FG raffle tickets.

'68 FJ40 running board frame extensions $5

Spoken For '62 FJ40 10 spline centered rear axle. $25

Spoken For '62 FJ40 10 spline front axle with Warn barrel hubs (must take the whole axle). $25

'62 right side cowl area and firewall piece (behind the pocket, where a heater would be, if a heater were supposed to be there). So if you've got no need for heat and a butchered firewall from someone installing a heater this is for you! $5

JTO front disc brake conversion kit - brackets/rotors/loaded calipers installed but never used by the PO, surface rust from unknown years sitting. $100

'73ish FJ40 steering column, wheel, ignition switch and turn signal switch, no key or plastic trim. $50

FJ40 hardtop '79 or so? with the kickout windows, no barn doors, rust in the corners and headliner hanging, relatively solid if you've got nothing. $100 Edit 9/19 - I can't bring this to FG as it won't fit on a 25 or in a teeny uhaul behind a 25, pickup in CT and you can have it for what I paid for it.

Magnavox console stereo, somebody must be into these things............, includes a Englebert Humperdinck live album, amp works, turntable doesn't, but I hear the motor so I suspect the belt. $50

Stock aftermarket (thin) FJ40 front bumper, some bends twists and dings but pretty straight overall. $5

'68 FJ 40 Front & Rear Driveshaft also early (small bolt) three speed driveshafts. $5 each

'68 three speed and transfer case $50

'68 FJ40 steering wheel, not perfect but not bad $50

F/2F Header and exhaust to the rear for FJ40, welded glass pack muffler, solid. $50

2 new OEM FJ 40/55 series rims (professionally painted, not by me) with 33x9.5 Super Swamper TSL's on them that have maybe 1,000 miles on them (basically new) Comes with hub caps as well. $125 each (rim, tire, cap)

OEM FJ40 rear heater. Beyond mint. perfect for a resto $200.

Pair of rear full-floating axle type drum brake assemblies (left & right). Includes drums, backing plates, 4 wheel cylinders, shoes (used). Off a 1980 HJ45. $100.

Two new TSM-brand semi-floating axle rear disc brake conversion brackets. These are for the GM Monte Carlo style calipers. (I screwed up and ordered the wrong kit and have these brackets I'll never use.) $50 for the pair.

I have a bunch of stuff in my basement that I would love to get rid of but I will only list the land cruiser stuff. will prolly keep adding to it as this week progresses. i can bring anything to FG. will try an add pictures or links to what it looks like.

- rear disk brake brakets made by poser for fj40 rdbs i ran them for 7 months then switched to an fj62 rear axle which apparently need different brackets. $40 sold
- fj60 ac pump. it came on my engine and I really don't know if it is good or bad. and don't know if they are rebuildable. but I have it and would hate to throw it away if some one wants it or to use a a core. $20 obo
- 64 steering wheel but no center cap. $20
- fj45 1964 rear axle housing. would be great to use as a platform to build up. $35
i got more stuff but this should be a good start.
- one pair of 1.5" spidertrax spacers brand new in the box never used. I got two sets when I only needed one.

GAS TANK from a 1978 FJ40 will probably fit other years '79 and earlier. Needs to be refurbed or relined as it was leaking a bit on the bottom. There are plenty of places that do the reliningg or that can weld in new bottom metal. So, you can have this one redone while still using your own. PayPal $10 from any YT member and I will bring to the FG.

I'm bending tube, so if anyone needs mini truck/4runner/tacoma slider kits, I can deliver them to the FG for free.

Kits are made from 1.75 .120 wall USA steel DOM. Included are two fully welded sliders with loose legs. The legs are notched on one end are left longer than needed so the installer can tailor the length off of the frame to the owners needs.

60" mini truck/4Runner/tacoma sliders are $199 a pair.
